Cheddar works with your existing bank to make direct payments, only with your consent. It's therefore necessary to authorise each payment through your banking app or internet banking.
If you're banking app wont open:
1. Check your internet connection
2. Ensure you have the latest version of the banking app
3. Check you have the latest version of the Cheddar app
4. Check the status of your banking app below
