To keep earning automatic cashback in Cheddar, it's essential to renew your linked bank accounts every 90 days. This enables us to award cashback for qualifying purchases.
You can renew your bank link at anytime within the 90 day period by:

- Navigating to your wallet
on the bottom navigation bar.
- Tapping your bank.
- Hitting the 'Renew access
button.
- If you have multiple accounts, please repeat the above steps.

Important Notes:
- Please be aware that we cannot backdate cashback for the period when your account access was expired.
- Depending on your notification settings, we'll send you a reminder through the app or email 14 days before your linked account's expiry date. Please check your notifications in-app by going to (Profile > Notifications)
