Common misunderstandings are that we have access to take payments from your linked account, or that payments can be made if someone gets access to your Cheddar app. This isn't the case, as all payments must be authorised within your bank app also, and we cannot execute payments on your behalf (we can only initiate them with your explicit consent each time).
If you still wish to close your account, simply send an email to support@cheddar.me from the email address registered to your Cheddar profile and we'll action this swiftly.
