Most payments arrive instantly, but can take up to 2 hours.
Some payments may take longer, especially outside normal UK working hours. If the payment hasn't been received by the end of the following business day:
1. Tap the activity icon on the home screen
2. Tap the person you paid
3. Tap the payment to check it;s status
4. If payment is on it's way, your bank is still processing the payment. Please allow upto 2 hours.
5. If you see You paid at the top of the page, the funds have been sent and should show within 2 hours.
Sometimes a bank may not have processed a payment due to extra checks. If the payment is not showing, please re-try the payment.
If you're still having difficulty, please contact support and provide the transaction ID.
