How to Use a Reloadable Gift Card

Reloadable gift cards offer a simple and flexible way to pay. Follow these steps to start using yours:

1. Purchase a Reloadable Gift Card

  • Choose a gift card marked as reloadable for any amount (minimum £10).
  • Look for the reloadable icon when purchasing.

2. Access Your Gift Card Code

  • Head to your wallet.
  • Tap the card to ‘Reveal Code’ – you’ll need this for payment.

3. Use Your Gift Card for Payments

In-Store

  • Self-Checkout:

    1. Scan your items.
    2. Tap "Pay/Checkout" and select "Gift Card" as the payment method.
    3. Scan your gift card code.

  • Cashier Checkout:

    • Show the store staff your gift card code.
    • They will scan it or manually enter the code.

Online

  • Add items to your basket as usual.
  • At checkout, enter your voucher/gift card code when prompted.
