Please note, these are general steps. Some gift cards may have bespoke redemption instructions, limitations, and usage conditions.
In-person/In-store Redemption:
- Launch the Cheddar app.
- Tap the wallet tab
on the navigation bar.
- Select the gift card you want to use.
- Tap “Reveal Code” to display your barcode/QR code.
- Present the code for scanning or enter the gift card number manually at the checkout. In-store staff should be able to assist if needed.
Online Redemption:
- Launch the Cheddar app.
- Tap the wallet tab
- Select the gift card you want to use.
- Tap the code to 'Copy' this to your clipboard.
- Paste this number in the “Add Gift Card” section during online checkout.
- (if applicable) also Copy & Paste the PIN.
