Where can you use Selfridges gift cards?
Selfridges gift cards can be exchanged for products in all Selfridges stores and can also be used to purchase Products via the Platforms or over the telephone. Gift cards can only be used for orders in British Pounds.
Can you use Selfridges gift cards for part payment?
Yes. And ff the Products purchased online total less than the value of your gift card, any balance will be left as credit for you on your gift card.
What's the process of redeeming gift cards?
When redeeming a gift card via the Platforms or over the telephone, you will be required to give the serial number on the gift card, and the online security code which is revealed by scratching off the holographic panel on the gift card.
Are there exclusions on using Selfridges gift cards?
The following departments within each of our stores will not accept Selfridges gift cards:
- Selfridges Manchester Trafford Centre – Pret A Manger will not accept Selfridges gift cards;
- Selfridges Manchester Exchange – Louis Vuitton and the San Carlo restaurants will not accept Selfridges gift cards;
- Selfridges Birmingham – Pret A Manager will not accept Selfridges gift cards.
