After a qualifying purchase, the cashback will appear in your cashback feed awaiting settlement to your cashback balance.
If the cashback amount seems different from the expected total, there are several reasons as to why this could be that could explain this difference:
- There may be conditions or exclusions for the headline rate you see in the app. For example, some retailers have different cashback rates for new customers as opposed to existing customers.
- You may have made a full or partial return. For example you may have returns ed £30 of a £90 order. This will appear as an "adjustment" in the app to account for the return/refund. If you did indeed make a full return, the whole cashback amount will be deducted from your balance before you redeem.
