After a qualifying purchase, the cashback will appear in your cashback feed awaiting settlement to your cashback balance. Some cashback can be redeemed instantly but some cashback will be pending until all conditions are met and returns windows end.
If the cashback amount seems different from the expected total, there are several reasons as to why this could be that could explain this difference:
- There may be conditions or exclusions for the headline rate you see in the app. For example, some retailers have different cashback for new customers as opposed to existing customers.
- You may have made a partial return. For example you may have returns £30 of a £90 order, so you will only earn cashback on the adjusted amount.
