Our payments are practically instant, with the majority taking seconds but some taking upto 2 hours. If the payment hasn't been received by the end of the following business day, check the status of the payment:
1. Tap the activity icon on the home screen
2. Tap the person who paid you
3. Check the left of the page for payments received
4. If you see the payment, click on it and check the top for 'You received'.
5. If this payment hasn't reached your account yet and it's been over 2 hours, contact support.
6. Confirm your default account (this is wehre funds will be deposited)
6. If the payment isn't visible, may mean the payment hasn't been sent. Please get the sender to check their payments.
If you believe there's a problem with a payment, please contact support and request the transaction ID from the sender.
